What are the benefits of Belotero Hydro?

Belotero Hydro is an ideal starter dermal filler for patients who have not previously had any injectable fillers. It is a great way to maintain skin hydration for those who are beginning to show signs of aging. This hydrating injectable filler provides the skin with deep, long-lasting hydration. The main ingredients in the Belotero Hydro solution include hyaluronic acid and glycerol, which are naturally-occurring substances that help to retain and maintain moisture within the skin.  This keeps the skin soft, plump, and refreshed for months.

What is Belotero Hydro made of?

The light gel dermal filler solution is made of sodium hyaluronate with glycerol and phosphate-citrate buffer pH 7.

How does Belotero Hydro work to help patients?

The elastic and monophasic gel easily injected through a thin needle. The non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate and glycerol retain moisture, which helps to maintain the appearance of youthful skin for much more refreshed appearance.

Usage Information

How do I use Belotero Hydro without lidocaine?

Only trained and appropriately-licensed medical professionals should inject Belotero Hydro. To use this cosmetic filler, attach the needle provided to the syringe. Disinfect the area that the patient wishes to have treated. If necessary, you may apply a local anesthetic to the treatment area. Carefully inject the filler into the superficial dermis or the dermo-epidermal junction using the multipuncture or micropapular injection technique. Gently massage the treated area after the injections are complete to make sure that the gel is evenly distributed.  Dispose of the needle and any remaining dermal filler properly and do not re-sterilize the filler gel or use a previously used syringe or needle on other patients

How long will treatment with Belotero Hydro take?

To begin with, your patient will require 2 to 3 treatments with the solution, administered at a 30-day interval. Maintenance treatments can be done every 6 to 12 months as needed. Each session may take approximately 30 minutes to an hour.

What can I use Belotero Hydro for?

Doctors use this cosmetic filler to rehydrate and smooth out skin that is beginning to show early signs of aging, such as fine lines and superficial wrinkles. It will help to improve the skin’s suppleness and firmness, while controlling the appearance of wrinkles. Its moisturizing properties will ensure a more youthful and radiant appearance.

What areas should I use Belotero Hydro on?

The gel solution may be used to improve wrinkled and dehydrated skin on the patient’s face, neck, decolletage, and backs of the hands.

How long do the results last?

This cosmetic injectable typically lasts an average of 6 to 9 months or longer.
