You earn points for every dollar you spend on DoctorMedica.co. Be sure to sign into your account in order to earn points on your purchase. There are three different levels in the Magenta Rewards program: Member, Executive, and Partner Plus. The higher the level, the more points you earn and save.
As soon as you have accrued a minimum of 2,000 points, you can redeem your rewards during the online checkout. Simply select “Use my reward points” as your payment method (or in combination with another payment method) and save instantly. There is no upper limit as to how many points you can redeem on one order.
Should you decide to place your order over the phone, a customer service representative will be happy to redeem points for you.

Yes, absolutely. Your points work as an account credit, so you can use it towards the purchase of any product we carry in our shop.
Our monthly promotions will be incorporated into the rewards program. Instead of a direct discount on the product, you can earn additional points for purchasing the item on promotion.
As well, the loyalty program will also incorporate any referrals you make to our shop. When you refer a colleague, you earn the equivalent of €250 worth of points once that colleague makes a minimum purchase of €2,000. Find out more about our referral program here.“
As a Partner Plus customer, you have exclusive access to our VIP customer service. We will offer you 24/7 order processing, early access to out-of-stock items, as well as exclusive holiday specials.
Yes, loyalty points expire. The Magenta Club runs from January 1st to December 31st. Any points not redeemed on or before December 31st will automatically expire. On January 1st, the rewards program will refresh and your points balance will be set back to zero. But do not worry, we will remind you to redeem your rewards via email. Please add info@doctormedica.com to your address book to ensure the delivery of this email to your inbox (not junk folders).
To see your loyalty level and points balance, simply sign into your account and go to your account dashboard. Please allow 24 hours for the points to be updated. Please note that points for product purchases will be awarded once the status of your order has been updated to “Shipped.” You can find the number of points you have earned per order on your order history page.
We will notify you via email once you are close to reaching the next level.
Points are only added to your account once the status of your order has been updated to “Shipped.” That means you will not receive any points for canceled or declined orders.
If you request a refund of an item, we will subtract the number of points you received for that product from your points balance.
