If you are an existing customer of Doctor Medica, you don’t need to do anything – you will automatically start earning points for every dollar you spend on purchases at DoctorMedica.com. If you are a new visitor to the site, simply create an account and you are all set to start earning … points.

You earn points for every dollar you spend on DoctorMedica.co. Be sure to sign in to your account in order to earn points on your purchase. There are three different levels in the Msgenta Rewards program and the higher the level, the more points you earn.

As soon as you have accrued a minimum of X points, you can redeem them during the online checkout. Simply select “Use my reward points” as your payment method (or in combination with another payment method) and save instantly. There is no upper limit as to how many points you can redeem at once.

Yes, absolutely. Your points work exactly like the account credit before and you can use it towards the purchase of any product we carry in our shop.

Yes, loyalty points expire. You have until December 31st to earn points and redeem them. Any points you have not redeemed by the end of the calendar year will expire. On January 1st, you will start fresh and your points balance will be set back to zero. But do not worry, we will remind you to redeem your rewards via email. Please add info@doctormedica.com to your address book to ensure delivery of this email to your inbox (not junk folders).

Where can I see my rewards status and points balance?

To see your rewards level and points balance, simply sign in to your account and go to your account area. Please allow 24 hours for the points to be updated (or points will be awarded once your payment is processed). We will notify you via email once you are close to reaching the next level.

What happens to my points when I return items or my order gets cancelled?

If an order gets cancelled or is returned, we will refund your money, but will subtract the number of points you received on your order from your points balance. We will not ask you to return any free products that you may have gotten with that order, as ….
