BOTOX® 100u (Polish)

BOTOX® 100u (Polish) contains onabotulinumtoxinA, a purified neurotoxin derived from Clostridium botulinum, indicated for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines, lateral canthal lines, and forehead lines in adult patients. It works by inhibiting acetylcholine release at neuromuscular junctions, leading to targeted muscle relaxation. BOTOX Cosmetic is widely used in aesthetic medicine for wrinkle reduction and is administered intramuscularly at precise anatomical sites to achieve controlled facial muscle relaxation. Clinical results are typically visible within 1–2 days, with peak effects around 7–14 days and duration up to 3–4 months.

Administration involves intramuscular injections at defined points depending on the facial region being treated.

• Glabellar lines: 20 Units total; 4 Units (0.1 mL) in 5 sites.
  
• Lateral canthal lines: 24 Units total; 4 Units in 3 sites per side (6 total).
  
• Forehead lines: 40 Units total with glabellar area; 4 Units in 5 forehead sites + 20 Units in glabella.
