You don't need to sign up. Placing your first order automatically enrolls you, and every eligible purchase after that earns credit.
You earn 1% of your paid order amount back as store credit, at the same rate on every order, regardless of order size or how long you've been a customer.
Your loyalty store credit is automatically added to your account, and you can apply it at checkout on future orders. There's nothing to redeem or enter – it's simply there when you're ready to shop.
Store credit can cover up to 50% of your order subtotal, not including shipping. Any credit you don't use carries forward to your next order.
Whenever you make an eligible purchase, you earn credit on the cash payment. This means that you will not earn additional credit on the amount of the purchase that was covered by existing loyalty store credit. Here is an example:
  • Full cash payment: the order price is $200, you pay the full amount, and earn 200 points, which convert to $2.00
  • Partial store credit used ($20 from your loyalty program credits): the order price is $200, you only pay $180, and earn 180 points, which convert to $1.80
  • Store credit covers 50%: the order price is $200, you only pay $100, and earn 100 points, which convert to $1.00
Yes, store credit is valid for 3 months from the date it's earned. We'll email you reminders 15 days and 2 days before it expires, so you have time to use it. Note that not all credit expires at the same time. Each credit that you earn has its own expiration date, 3 months after you receive it.
Store credit comes from purchases and follows the rules above. Refund credit comes only from returns, never expires, and can be used to cover 100% of a future order, including shipping.
Refund credits are different. Unlike loyalty store credit, Refund Credit never expires and can cover 100% of any future order, shipping included.
Yes, every year, on the anniversary of your first order, you'll automatically receive a 6% discount coupon for your next purchase.
The anniversary coupon has the same expiration date as loyalty store credit. You have 3 months to use it, and we'll remind you at 15 days and then again at 2 days before it becomes invalid.
The more you spend, the more you earn. However, there is no tiered system that works differently for smaller or larger clinics. All customers receive a fixed percentage of points, irrespective of their order size.
Absolutely yes! You will receive store credit irrespective of your order size. There is no minimum or maximum threshold to how much you can spend and how much you can earn. The best news of all?
