An injectable dermal filler gel made of non-animal hyaluronic acid with a local anesthetic, Lidocaine. The hyaluronic acid in it comes from bacterial fermentation and is cross-linked to form a 3D matrix for better filling ability and longevity. It is similar to Juvederm XC and is suitable for correcting medium wrinkles or for lip augmentation.

The side effects usually resolve spontaneously within a day or two after you inject it into your patient’s skin or within a week after you inject it into their lips. Contraindications include use in patients with a hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or Lidocaine, use in patients with a history of severe allergies or anaphylaxis, and use after cosmetic treatments like a deep chemical peel, a superficial chemical peel that caused inflammation, laser treatments, or dermabrasion. This filler is biodegradable and will dissipate naturally within the skin tissue, and because the hyaluronic acid it contains comes from bacterial fermentation, you do not need to perform an allergy test on your patient before their treatment.
