Juvederm Volux is made of with 25mg of hyaluronic acid (HA), 1mL of phosphate buffer and 3mg lidocaine hydrochloride. Found abundantly in the human body, hyaluronic acid is known for its ability to attract and retain water. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that has inhibitory actions on voltage-gated sodium channels.
