BOTOX® 50u (English Alternative)

BOTOX® 50u (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription neurotoxin indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe facial lines in adults. It functions by inhibiting the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, causing localized muscle relaxation and softening of dynamic wrinkles. The cosmetic formulation is specifically approved for treating glabellar lines, forehead lines, and lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet). BOTOX® Cosmetic has been extensively tested and demonstrated efficacy and safety in clinical trials, with treatment effects typically lasting three to four months.

BOTOX® Cosmetic is administered via intramuscular injection and should be reconstituted with preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride. Administration must be performed by healthcare professionals trained in facial anatomy.

• Glabellar Lines: 20 Units total (4 Units per injection at 5 sites)

• Dilution: 1.25 mL diluent to achieve 4 Units per 0.1 mL
